How do I activate or deactivate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

To enable 2FA

1. Go to My Account → Profile → Login & Security.
2. Toggle the switch on and verify your account password when prompted.
3. From then on, you'll receive an RCS or SMS code to your registered mobile number each time you log in — enter it to complete the login.

To disable 2FA

1. Go to My Account → Profile → Login & Security → Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
2. Toggle the switch off and confirm your choice when prompted.

We strongly recommend keeping 2FA enabled — it adds meaningful protection against unauthorized access, and you can also enable it specifically for withdrawals for added security.
