We will first send your code via RCS (Rich Communication Services). If RCS delivery fails, we will automatically attempt to resend the code using SMS.
If you haven’t received your activation code, please follow these steps:
1. About RCS Delivery
RCS is a modern messaging protocol that works over the internet and offers faster, more reliable message delivery.
To receive your activation code via RCS, make sure you have RCS enabled and that your device is connected to the internet.
How to Enable RCS:
On Android: Open the Messages app → tap your profile picture → go to Messages settings → RCS chats → turn it on.
On iPhone (iOS 18 or later): Go to Settings → Messages and look for RCS Messaging under the Text Messaging section, then toggle it on.
Note: RCS availability on iPhone depends on your mobile carrier. The feature will only appear and work if your carrier supports it.
2. Basic SMS Troubleshooting (Fallback Option)
If RCS delivery fails, we’ll automatically resend the code via SMS. If you still don’t receive it, check the following:
Check Your Mobile Number: Ensure the number you provided during registration is correct.
Wait a Few Minutes: Message delivery can sometimes be delayed due to network congestion.
Check Your Signal: Make sure your phone has a strong mobile connection. Restart your phone if needed.
Check for Spam or Blocked Messages: Some mobile carriers or settings may block automated messages.
3. Still Having Trouble?
Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have mobile data enabled (RCS requires an active internet connection).
Contact Support: If you’ve followed all these steps and still haven’t received your code, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. You can find our official support channels in the footer of this page.
