Betano sends your activation code via RCS (Rich Communication Services) first. If RCS delivery fails, the code is automatically resent via SMS.
To receive your code via RCS, make sure RCS is enabled on your device and that you're connected to the internet:
- Android: Messages app → your profile picture → Messages settings → RCS chats → turn on.
- iPhone (iOS 18+): Settings → Messages → RCS Messaging (availability depends on your carrier).
If you still don't receive a code:
- Confirm the mobile number you registered with is correct.
- Wait a few minutes for delivery.
- Check your signal strength and restart your phone if needed.
- Check for blocked or spam messages.
- Confirm you have an active internet connection, since RCS requires one.
