The Self-Exclusion Registry, also called RVO, is a nationwide service that allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from all gambling activities across all licensed operators in the Czech Republic.
Be aware that by activating the Self-Exclusion Registry, you won't be able to access your gaming account or any other gaming account in the Czech Republic.
You can visit the Ministry of Finance portal to register.
You can also enroll in the RVO directly via our website or App:
48-Hour Exclusion – Tap and hold the "Exclude yourself from playing" button, always available in the top-left corner of our website. Once activated, this exclusion is immediate and cannot be undone until the 48-hour period ends.
Permanent Enrollment – Request indefinite self-exclusion through your account. This registration is permanent but includes the option to request removal after one year.
