You can apply one or more account-wide limits via My Account → Profile → Player Protection, covering both Sportsbook and Casino:
- Number of logins (per Month) — set a maximum number of allowed logins per calendar month. Once the limit is exceeded, you can still log in but cannot bet until the end of the calendar month.
- Betting Time per Day — set the maximum total time you can be logged in per calendar day in minutes. When the limit is reached, you are logged out automatically and cannot log in again until the next calendar day.
- Self-Exclusion from Gambling Activities — set a period of 1 to 99,999 minutes during which you cannot bet or deposit on Betano Sportsbook and Casino. You can still log in. It applies only to Betano, not to other operators. It cannot be removed before it ends, but you can extend it. Access is restored automatically when the period ends.
Making a limit stricter takes effect immediately. Making a limit less strict takes effect 7 days after you save the change, at 00:00. For monthly limits, it takes effect after 7 days or on the 1st day of the next month, whichever is later. For the temporary self-exclusion, extending it takes effect immediately, and shortening it takes 7 days. Each option can be adjusted once per calendar day.
