How to Change My Email Address

If you’ve lost access to your registered email address and want to update it, here’s what to do:

If You Have Access to Your Betano Account

1. Log in and go to My Account → Profile → Personal Details.

2. Click "Edit" next to your email.

3. Enter your new email address and click "Save".

4. A 5-digit verification code will be sent to your new email.

5. Enter the code in the designated field to confirm the change.

If you do not have access to Your Betano Account
