At Betano, we offer several responsible gaming tools to help you control your gambling activity. These options include temporary breaks, self-exclusion, and account closure, depending on the level of restriction you need.

Temporary Self-Exclusion via Betano Account
- This option allows you to take a temporary break from Betano only.
- You can set the exclusion duration in minutes
- Permanent closure is not available through this option
- During the exclusion period:
- You can still log in
- You cannot place bets or play games
- Once the selected period ends, full access is automatically restored
- You may still use other licensed operators, as this restriction applies only to Betano
Nationwide Self-Exclusion (RVO)
- You can also request a nationwide self-exclusion through the Register of Excluded Persons (RVO), managed by the Czech Ministry of Finance.
- This exclusion applies to all licensed gambling operators in the Czech Republic
- Once registered, you cannot participate in any gambling activities with any licensed provider
- The duration and conditions are set by national regulations
- Registration is completed via the Ministry of Finance portal
Account Closure via Contact Form
- If you wish to close your Betano account, you can do so by contacting our Customer Support team via the contact form.
- Simply send a request for account closure
- A 14-day notice period applies before the account is closed
- After closure:
- Your account will be fully closed
- You will have the possibility to restore your account in the future by contacting Customer Support
- This option is suitable if you want to stop using your account without activating a formal self-exclusion.
