The Account Verification Process (KYC) is a required step to complete your registration and ensure legal compliance. Based on the Gambling Law of 1/1/2024, your account must be verified during registration.
The verification process follows three steps, in order of priority:
1. Set limits on your account via My Account → Profile → Player Protection.

2. Complete verification via Bank iD — a personal electronic identification method for secure online authentication and digital signing.
If your bank is not among those supported by Bank iD, identity verification cannot currently be completed through any other method.

3. Verify your payment method by making a deposit (or during the Bank iD process for some banks). A deposit of as little as CZK 10 is sufficient for verification.
