The Account Verification Process (KYC) is a required step to complete your registration and ensure legal compliance.
Based on the Gambling Law of 1/1/2024, to use our services, your account must be verified during registration.
The verification process follows these three steps, in order of priority:
1. Set Limits on Your Account
To do this, log in to My Account → Profile → Player Protection

2. Complete the Verification Process via Bank iD
Bank iD is a personal electronic identification method designed for secure online authentication and digital signing.

3. Verify Payment Method by Making a Deposit
Verify your payment card, bank account, or other payment method by making a deposit (or during the Bank iD process for some banks).
A deposit of as little as CZK 10 is sufficient for verification.
