Bank iD is a secure electronic identity (eID) service used in the Czech Republic. It allows you to verify your identity online using your existing bank account credentials — no need to visit a branch or upload documents manually.
Why Bank iD is secure
- Security first — verification takes place entirely within your bank's environment. Your login credentials are never shared with third parties.
- Two-factor authentication — identity confirmation uses a mobile banking key or SMS code.
- Data privacy — you decide which personal data is shared. Unauthorized access is not possible.

Bank iD is the only identity verification method available at Betano. If your bank is not on this list, verification cannot currently be completed via Bank iD or any other method.
