When requesting a withdrawal, you may be required to verify your payment method by submitting a supporting document.
Upload documents via My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
To ensure your documents are accepted, make sure they are:
- Clearly visible and readable
- Showing all four corners of the document
- Valid and not expired
Once your documents have been reviewed, you'll receive a notification confirming the verification result.
