How to Manage Communication Preferences

Where to find your communication settings

Your Communication Preferences are now located inside the Notification Center.

They are no longer available in the My Account section.

How to manage your preferences

1. Log in to your Betano account
2. Click your balance and then the bell icon to open the Notification Center
3. Click the settings icon (⚙️) inside the Notification Center
4. Update your communication preferences as needed
5. All changes are autosaved

What you can manage

• Your communication channels
  • Use the toggle buttons to enable or disable communication methods according to your preferences
• Preferences for promotions and updates

Marketing Preferences

• In the Marketing Preferences section, you can review and adjust your preferences related to news and promotions
  • To receive regular updates on personal offers, make sure both options are enabled

Important information

• During a transition period (up to ~2 weeks), communication settings may still be available in:
  • My Account, and
  • The Notification Center
• After the transition, all settings will be managed only via the Notification Center
