Please note that account deletion involves the permanent removal of your personal data from our database in accordance with GDPR.
This is different from account closure. Once your personal data is erased, you will no longer be able to register on our platform.
To request account deletion, follow this path: Privacy Notice → § 5.2 → Right to erasure → Account Deletion → Submit request.
If you do not have access to the account, send an email request to the responsible department via dpo-office@betano.cz, using your registered email address and including your username.
