Requesting a withdrawal from your Betano account is simple. Follow these steps:
- Go to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal.
- Select the available withdrawal method and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm the request — it will be sent to the relevant department for review and processing.
- Your account must be verified before you can withdraw. Go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process to check or complete your verification.
- Withdrawal limits are displayed on the Transactions page.
- Once processed, you will receive a push notification on your device confirming the transaction (if push notifications are enabled).
