There are several reasons why you may not be able to withdraw your full balance:
- Minimum withdrawal amount not met — your balance may be below the minimum withdrawal threshold. Check the Transactions page.
- Active bonus with wagering requirements — funds may need wagering requirements met before becoming withdrawable. Track progress under My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
- Account not fully verified — withdrawal restrictions apply until your account is fully verified.
