You can check the status of your withdrawal at any time through two places in your account:
- Withdrawal Submission page — the status is shown automatically as soon as you submit a withdrawal via My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal.
- Transaction History — go to My Account → History → Transactions to view real-time updates.
Understanding your withdrawal status:
- "Needs Action" — your account or selected payment method is missing verification documents. Upload the necessary documents to continue.
- "In Progress – Reviewing your withdrawal" — your withdrawal has been received and is being processed.
- "In Progress – Finalising your withdrawal / Funds on the way!" — sent to the provider and being processed by the financial institution.
- "Withdrawal Successful" — funds have been sent by Betano and are now being processed by your bank.
- "In Progress – It's taking longer, stay tuned for updates" — under additional review. No action is required on your part.

Cancellation: If your withdrawal has not yet been sent to the provider, you can cancel it using the Cancel button in Transaction History.
