How do I cancel a withdrawal request?

To cancel a money withdrawal, simply follow these steps:

1. Navigate to My Account and select Transactions.

2. Choose Withdrawal Cancellation.

3. Select the withdrawal you want to cancel.

4. Once you cancel, the amount will be immediately credited back to your Betano account balance.

Please note that if a withdrawal has already been approved, cancellation will not be possible.
