How do I cancel a withdrawal request?

You can cancel a withdrawal request as long as it has not yet been approved and sent to the provider.

1. Go to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal Cancellation.
2. Select the withdrawal you wish to cancel.
3. Confirm the cancellation.

Once cancelled, the amount will be immediately credited back to your Betano account balance.

Note: if a withdrawal has already been approved, cancellation is no longer possible.
