How do I enable location permissions on Windows?

If you access Betano through a browser on a Windows device, you'll need to enable location permissions in that browser's settings.

Chrome:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy → Location and turn it on.
2. Allow the browser to collect location data when prompted.
3. If the prompt didn't appear, or you blocked it by mistake: click the location error icon in the address bar → "Always allow the website to access your location" → Done, then refresh the page.

Firefox:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy → Location and turn it on.
2. Allow the browser to collect location data when prompted.
3. If the prompt didn't appear, or you blocked it by mistake: click the location error icon → under Permissions, remove "Blocked Temporarily," then refresh the page.

• Chrome

  1.  Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing:

     • Go to Settings → Privacy → Location → Change to ON.

       

       

  2. Allow the browser to collect location data.

  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked Don’t Allow by mistake, follow these steps:

     • Click on the Location error icon → Always allow the website to access your location → Done.

     • Return to the gaming site and refresh the web page.
