How to enable location permissions on your web browser for Windows devices

If you’re accessing Betano through a browser on your Windows device, you’ll need to enable location permissions in the settings of the browser to successfully geolocate and confirm your location.

Here’s how you can do this on Chrome and Firefox while using a Windows device:

• Chrome

  1.  Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing:

     • Go to Settings → Privacy → Location → Change to ON.

       

       

  2. Allow the browser to collect location data.

  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked Don’t Allow by mistake, follow these steps:

     • Click on the Location error icon → Always allow the website to access your location → Done.

     • Return to the gaming site and refresh the web page.

• Firefox

  1. Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing:

     • Go to Settings → Privacy → Location → Change to ON.

       

  2. Allow the browser to collect location data.

  3. If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked Don’t Allow by mistake, follow these steps:

     • Click on the Location error icon → Under the Permissions section, click on the X icon next to Blocked Temporarily.

     • Return to the gaming site and refresh the web page.
