Betano uses geolocation technology to prevent access from outside Czechia in order to ensure full compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
For this reason, the services of Betano CZ can only be used while you are physically present within the borders of Czechia. If you are not located in Czechia, our systems will detect your location and temporarily block access to the website.
What Happens When You Are Outside Czechia
While you are outside Czechia, you will temporarily not be able to:
- Access the Betano CZ website
- Log in to your account
- Use betting or casino services
At the same time:
- Your account is not deleted or modified
- Your account information remains intact
- Your balance is not affected
- Your account status remains unchanged
Traveling or Temporarily Abroad
If you are temporarily outside Czechia (for example, due to vacation or business travel), your access will be automatically restored once you physically return to Czechia and our geolocation systems verify your location.
You will then be able to resume using your existing account normally.
If You Have Moved to Another Country
If you have relocated to a different country but hold an account with Betano CZ, any review of your situation must be handled by Customer Support of Betano CZ, where your account is registered.
Support teams of other countries or brands cannot access or assist with Czechian accounts.
