If your bet didn't count toward a Mission, it likely didn't meet one or more of the Mission's requirements.
Bet type
Some Missions only accept specific bet types — for example, single bets, accumulator bets, or bets on selected sports or events. A bet outside those types won't count.
Minimum odds
Many Missions require a minimum odds value. A bet placed at lower odds than required won't qualify.
Excluded markets
Certain sports, events, or markets may be excluded from a Mission. Bets on excluded markets won't count.
Mission time frame
Missions run for a specific period. A bet placed outside that period won't be eligible.
Bet settlement
Only settled bets count toward Mission progress. Pending bets, voided bets, and bets settled at odds of 1.00 don't qualify.
Cash Out
If you used Cash Out on a bet, that bet no longer counts toward the Mission. The Mission stays incomplete, and you won't receive its reward, for example, a Free Bet. This applies even if the bet was going well when you cashed out. See "How does Cash Out work?" for more.
Mission participation
You must click Participate before placing a qualifying bet. If you didn't join the Mission first, your bet won't count.
Minimum stake
Some Missions require a minimum stake amount. A bet below that amount won't qualify.
