Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to wager a bonus amount (or the winnings from it) before you can withdraw the funds as cash.
When you claim a bonus, such as the First Deposit Bonus, the amount is credited to your account but can't be withdrawn immediately. To turn it into withdrawable money, you must meet the wagering requirement first, within the timeframe stated for that bonus. If you don't meet it in time, any remaining bonus funds and related winnings are forfeited.

How a "day" is counted
Where a bonus limit or requirement is measured in days, Betano counts a day as a calendar day — from 00:00 to 23:59 — regardless of when you opted in. For example, if you opt in at 23:00, your first day runs from 23:00 to 23:59, and the next day starts at midnight.
