You can opt out of a bonus at any time from your Betano account.
How to opt out
- Log in and go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
- Find the bonus you want to opt out of and click the trash bin icon.
- Confirm the action in the pop-up that appears.
What happens when you opt out
- If the bonus hasn't started yet: confirm the cancellation, and it disappears from your promotions. Selecting "Cancel" on the confirmation screen leaves everything unchanged.
- If the bonus is active: you'll see a warning that any remaining bonus balance and winnings from bonus funds will be lost. Your real money balance and any winnings from deposits are not affected. Confirm to proceed, or cancel to keep the bonus active.
If you have open bets or casino rounds
- Open sports bets: go to My Account → History → Bets. You must wait for bonus-related bets to settle, or use Cash Out, before you can opt out.
- Unfinished casino rounds: opting out forfeits both the bonus funds and winnings from the unfinished round. Your deposited funds and any winnings from them are not affected.
Important: opting out is permanent and can't be reversed. Review the bonus terms carefully before proceeding.
If you see an error and can't opt out, the bonus may already be cancelled or expired, or the system may still be updating — try refreshing, logging out and back in, or waiting a few minutes before trying again.
