If you’ve placed bets using a bonus but noticed that some of them didn’t count toward the wagering requirements, here are a few possible reasons why.
To verify if a bet was included in a bonus, go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions. For Missions, simply click on the mission to check your progress.
Common reasons a bet may not count:
Bet type: Some bonuses are limited to specific types of bets. For example, only single or multiple bets may qualify, while system bets or other formats might be excluded.
Minimum odds: Bets must meet the minimum odds stated in the bonus terms to be eligible.
Excluded markets: Certain sports, leagues, or events may be excluded from the bonus.
Unsettled bets: Only bets that have been settled will count toward wagering requirements.
Timeframe: Bets placed outside of the promotional period will not contribute.
Opted-out bonuses: If you’ve opted out of a bonus, any associated bets won’t be counted.
