If you placed bets using a bonus but some of them did not count toward the wagering requirements, there may be several possible reasons.
To check whether a bet was included, go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions
For Missions, open the mission to view your progress.
Common Reasons
Bet Type
Some bonuses only allow specific bet types, such as:
- Single bets
- Accumulators
Other formats (e.g. system bets) may be excluded.
Minimum Odds
Bets must meet the minimum odds requirement stated in the bonus terms to qualify.
Excluded Markets
Certain sports, leagues, events, or markets may be excluded from the promotion.
Settled Bets Only
Only settled bets count toward wagering requirements.
Unsettled bets will not be included until they are resolved.
Timeframe
Bets placed outside the promotional period will not count.
Opted-Out Bonuses
If you opt out of a bonus, any related bets will no longer be counted.
