If you placed bets using a bonus but some didn't count toward the wagering requirement, check the following. (If you're trying to complete a Mission rather than unlock bonus cash, see "Why didn't my bet count towards a Mission?" instead — the two systems have separate rules.)
Bet type
Some bonuses only allow specific bet types, such as single bets or accumulators. Other formats, including system bets, may be excluded.
Minimum odds
Bets must meet the minimum odds stated in the bonus terms to qualify.
Excluded markets
Certain sports, leagues, events, or markets may be excluded from the bonus.
Settled bets only
Only settled bets count toward wagering. An unsettled bet won't be included until it's resolved.
Timeframe
Bets placed outside the promotional period don't count.
Opted-out bonuses
If you opt out of a bonus, any related bets stop counting from that point.
Check whether a specific bet was included at My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions — for Missions, open the Mission directly to view progress instead. Each bonus has its own Terms and Conditions defining eligibility.
