Where to Find Your Free Bet
Free Bets do not appear in your cash balance — this is the most common reason players think it's missing.
You'll find it here instead in My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions
Here you will also see details such as:
- Free Bet amount
- Expiration date
If you still don't see it, check the following:
- The Free Bet may have expired — it must be used within its valid time period, or it's removed
- You may not have opted in or completed the qualifying action tied to the promotion
- It may already have been used or voided (voided Free Bets are credited back automatically — check Active Promotions again)
- Confirm you're checking Active Promotions, not your main balance or Bonus history
How Do Free Bets Work?
A Free Bet allows you to place a bet using bonus funds instead of your own money.
Important Rules
- Minimum stake is 5 CZK
- Free Bet can only be used if the remaining balance is 5 CZK or more
- Free Bets must be used within the valid time period, or they expire
How to Use a Free Bet
- Add your selections to the bet slip
- Above the Place BET button, select FREE BET CODE
- Apply the Free Bet (the field will be highlighted)
- Choose the stake amount (deducted from your Free Bet balance)
- Click Place BET
Winnings from Free Bets
You must wager the Free Bet amount once. If your bet wins:
- Your net profit + Free Bet stake will be credited to your account
- Funds will be available for withdrawal (unless stated otherwise)
Example: A 20 CZK Free Bet at odds of 2.00 will return 40 CZK if successful.
If Your Free Bet Is Voided
If a Free Bet is voided, its value will be credited back so you can use it again.
