Please note the following:
- Available only for selected live events
- Accessible only to logged-in users with verified Betano accounts
- Each event has its own public chat room
- Private or direct messages are not available
- The chat is located directly on the live event details page
- Country-specific restricted keywords are filtered and cannot be used
