Handicap betting includes two main categories: the Asian Handicap and the European Handicap. These markets adjust a team’s starting score to create more balanced betting options.
The European Handicap offers three outcomes: Team 1, Draw, or Team 2. Only whole-number handicaps (±1, ±2, ±3…) are available.
Example:
If a team starts at –2, it must win by 3 goals or more for the bet to win.
If it wins by exactly 2 goals, the outcome is a Handicap Draw.
A 1-goal win means the Team 2 option wins.
