For most withdrawals via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and debit/credit cards, the transfer is instant. However, the final arrival time depends on your bank's internal processing times and whether your card supports Visa Direct or Mastercard Send (real-time payment services).
If your bank supports these services, funds usually arrive within minutes. If not, the transfer follows your bank's standard processing time and may take up to 1 business day.
Standard bank transfers are processed during business hours. If you requested a withdrawal on a weekend or public holiday, the funds may appear on the next working day.
If more than 1 business day has passed since the status changed to "Complete," we recommend contacting your bank for further details.
