Communication preferences — including your marketing and promotional settings — are managed from the Notification Center.
How to manage your preferences
- Log in to your Betano account.
- Click your balance, then the bell icon, to open the Notification Center.
- Click the settings icon (⚙️) inside the Notification Center.
- Update your preferences as needed — changes are saved automatically.

What you can manage
- Your communication channels — use the toggle buttons to enable or disable each method.
- Your Marketing Preferences — to receive regular updates on personal offers, make sure both options here are enabled.
