Account deletion permanently removes your personal data from our systems, in line with GDPR — this is different from account closure. Once your data is erased, you won't be able to register a new account.
To request deletion: go to Privacy Notice → § 5.2 → Right to erasure → Account Deletion → Submit request.
If you don't have access to your account: email dpo-office@betano.cz from your registered address, including your username.
