The Closed Loop Policy is a security measure that requires all withdrawals to be made using the same payment method as the deposit that generated the funds.
Why does this policy exist?
- Security: it minimises the risk of unauthorised withdrawals.
- Anti-money laundering: it ensures funds are returned to their original source.
- Verification: it confirms the account holder's identity.
- Transparency: it reflects our commitment to secure and compliant transactions.
How it works in practice:
- If you deposited with a card ending in 1234, the winnings from that deposit must be withdrawn to the same card or via bank transfer.
- If you used a different card (ending in 5678) for another deposit, winnings from that deposit must be withdrawn to that card.
- Multiple payment methods used across deposits each maintain their own closed loop.
Exceptions: in special circumstances, an alternative withdrawal method may be permitted, subject to additional verification. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support through one of the communication channels available in the footer of this page.
