An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 24 consecutive months.
Before an account becomes dormant, we will send an email notification after 23 months of inactivity.
To keep your account active, simply log in within the following 30 days. This will reset the inactivity period, and your account will remain active.
If no login occurs within those 30 days:
- The account will be marked as Dormant and blocked.
- Any open bets and active bonuses will be cancelled.
- Any remaining real money balance will be refunded in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
- A confirmation email will be sent informing you that the account is now dormant.
How to reactivate your account
If your account has become dormant, you can reactivate it through our Virtual Assistant.
