Your account will remain open and accessible for as long as you log in periodically — there's no need to use it constantly, but going too long without logging in has consequences.
What triggers inactive status
- Your account is considered inactive after 24 consecutive months with no login.
- You'll receive a warning email after 23 months of inactivity.
- Logging in within the following 30 days resets the clock and keeps your account active.
If you don't log in within those 30 days
- Your account is marked inactive and blocked.
- Any open bets and active bonuses are cancelled.
- Your remaining real-money balance is refunded in line with §6.3(vii) of the Terms & Conditions — this refund may be subject to a withdrawal fee deduction.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is inactive.
How to reactivate your account
- Try the Virtual Assistant first — this is usually the fastest way back in.
- If that doesn't resolve it, fill out the contact form at the bottom of any Help Center page with the email address linked to your account.
