We process bank transfer withdrawals every day, including weekends, to ensure you receive your winnings as quickly as possible.
The delivery time depends on whether your bank is local (Czech Republic) or international.
Transfers to Czech Banks
Domestic transfers are processed through our daily fast-track batch system.
Processing Schedule
Requests are reviewed and sent daily between 09:00 and 24:00 (midnight):
- 09:00 – 18:00 → Sent every 2 hours
- 18:00 – 24:00 → Sent every hour
Requests Outside Processing Hours
If you request a withdrawal between 00:00 and 08:59, it will be queued and processed in the next morning batch.
Arrival Time
Once the batch is sent, funds are typically:
- Instant or within a few minutes in your Czech bank account
Transfers to International Banks
International withdrawals are verified by our payments team and processed through global banking networks.
- Processing time: 1–4 business days
- Funds are routed via international banking systems
Important Note
International banks do not process transfers on:
- Weekends
- Public holidays
