To close your Betano account, contact our Customer Support through one of the communication channels available in the footer of this page.
A 14-day notice period applies from the date you submit your request. Your account will be closed once this period ends.
What happens after closure:
- Your account is fully closed, and no activity can occur on it.
- You can restore your account at any time afterwards by contacting Customer Support again.
