The new Czech State Social Assistance Benefit ("Super Benefit") replaced the previous system of multiple social benefits with a single benefit consisting of several components. For the RVO (Register of Excluded Persons), only the subsistence component is relevant.
Key change: RVO registration is no longer on an individual basis, but on a household basis. All adult members (18+) of a household receiving the subsistence component are now automatically registered in the RVO — not only the person who applied for the benefit.
Registration remains active for as long as the household is entitled to the subsistence component and is removed automatically once the entitlement ends.
If a household qualifies only for another component (e.g. the housing component), no RVO registration is triggered.
The process is fully automated, based on data from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Neither the operators nor the Ministry of Finance can influence, cancel, or remove these registrations.
