If you can't find a Free Bet you were expecting, check the following:
- You're checking the wrong place. A Free Bet doesn't appear in your cash balance. Check My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions instead, not your main balance or Bonus history.
- It expired. A Free Bet must be used within its valid time period. Once that period ends, it's removed automatically.
- You didn't opt in. Some Free Bet promotions require you to complete a qualifying action or opt in before the Free Bet is credited.
- It's already been used or voided. A voided Free Bet is credited back to your account automatically — check Active Promotions again to confirm.
