This happens because of Betano's Closed Loop Policy. Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit that generated the winnings.
If the system has adjusted your withdrawal method, it is to ensure that the funds are returned to their correct source — in line with our Terms & Conditions and security policies.
Example: if you deposited with a card ending in 1234, the winnings from that deposit must go back to that card (or via bank transfer). If the system detects a mismatch, it will automatically align the withdrawal method accordingly.
