The Self-Exclusion Registry (RVO) is a nationwide service that lets you voluntarily exclude yourself from all gambling activities across all licensed operators in the Czech Republic.
- Once activated, you won't be able to access your gaming account or any other licensed gaming account in the Czech Republic.
- You can register
- via the Ministry of Finance portal
- or directly through the Betano website/app via My Account → Profile → Player Protection.
- Voluntary registration is permanent. You can request removal from the Ministry of Finance after at least one year. Requests made before one year has passed will not be considered.
-
Entry ex officio:
- A person can also be entered in the RVO ex officio, not only through voluntary registration.
- Such an entry is removed automatically once the underlying reason ceases to exist, for example when the person is no longer a recipient of the relevant social benefit.
- Removal is based on data from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
- Neither Betano nor the Ministry of Finance can influence, cancel, or remove these entries.
For account closure options, see "What's the difference between account closure and account deletion?" in Privacy & Security.
